The investment vehicle of DIM Funds is DIM Funds SICAV SA, a SICAV UCITS with an umbrella structure registered in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg pursuant to Part I of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010.
Each compartment is dedicated to a fund advised by experienced and independent professionals:
- Global Flexible Fund developing alternative investment themes on a global basis - PV Buyback USA Fund investing in a small and mid Cap US companies buying back their own shares
Together, they manage assets in excess of USD 50 m.
